Rescues Underway for Hundreds Trapped at West Virginia Mall After Deadly Flooding

iStock/Thinkstock(CHARLESTON, W.Va.) The body was recovered Friday of a child who was swept away in fast-moving floodwaters in West Virginia, Thursday, officials said, as the death toll in the state climbs to 14.

The Ravenswood Fire Department said rescuers found the childs body at 10:45 a.m. Friday, about a mile from where he was last seen in Jackson County Thursday.
