George Colajezzi has worn many hats in his day. From television news anchor and reporter to past owner of Taunton’s WPEP, George brings a variety of experiences to the Legendary WSAR.

George’s career in television news sent him all across the United States, from Birmingham, Alabama to his home state of Pennsylvania and later, to Los Angeles California. One of his proudest memories in television news was his coverage of the Mexico City earthquake in 1985.

Mr. Colajezzi left broadcasting for six years for a career in financial services. In addition, he established a full service advertising agency with an emphasis on small businesses. Colajezzi Communications still operates today.

George’s personal approach to business carries over into his two radio programs at WSAR. Mid Morning Bristol County and Talking Taunton Live encourage audiences to participate, creating a unique camaraderie and “intimate relationship between host and listener.” George Colajezzi’s experiences in television, business, and radio make him an excellent addition to WSAR.
