Lisa Borges
Promotions Princess
Lisa is WSAR’s Promotions Princess. If she gets your name, then you’re destined to be the recipient of something great!
Lisa is a native Rhode Islander and her broadcasting career spans more than 20 years beginning at WLKW which then became B101 in 1989. Her experience runs the gambit from sales assistant to Assistant Director of Marketing and Promotions. Lisa is also the first face you see at WSAR when you walk in the door and that has lead to many a happy visitor to the station. As Marketing and Promotions Manager at WSAR, Lisa’s tremendous organizational abilities and planning skills have proven themselves as she has managed many events for the station throughout the community.
Lisa is happily married and the proud mother of two beautiful children. She loves to travel and has a passion for all things Disney (Hence the Promotions “Princess” title!).
