WSAR is spearheading the environmentally conscious effort in the Greater Fall River area, a region that is heading towards becoming hub of GREEN technology and living. Get your business on board NOW!
Once each month, WSAR, Allied Waste and another “green directed businesses” will recognize and honor an area individual or group, who stands out for being environmentally conscious.
This could be shown in many ways, through conservation or alternative energy usage or natural and earth friendly practices or even through recycling programs at their schools an in their communities…the list could be endless.
Each month the individual or group will be interviewed on WSAR and honored here on the radio with promotional segments as well as on the website. We will provide them with a plaque and have a matching plaque here at the station.
Every time a promotional spot or any other broadcasted material hits the air or the website, related to this program, the founding partners will be mentioned as say the WSAR, Allied Waste, “Green Spotlight Award”.
